Herodog offers Free Shipping on all orders in the US within 3-5 days. The rest of the countries need to be delivered in 7-15 days, which would be sent by Express or Normal air-mail with a little fee.

6 months Warranty Policy

• Online purchases made through herodogworld.com break down within 6 months in the period of proper use, our customers can enjoy the relevant warranty to get them replaced.
• If you have a warranty issue, please contact our Customer Service Team about your product issue and how to best handle your problem.  Warranty returns should be sent to email info@herodogworld.com.

During the Cov-19, the delivery time must be delayed, 5-10 days around the USA with free shipping.  

The rest of the countries need to be delivered in 10-17 days.
